Operator and scope
These terms cover the Cascade Heist: Bus Rivals website at cascadeheist.instadyn.com, operated by Instadyn LLC. By using the site you accept them. They are not the licence or terms for the game: the released game and the store that distributes it carry their own.
An informational site
This site describes a game in development. It does not offer gameplay, downloads, accounts, purchases or support services. The platform buttons report release status; they do not link to a store listing.
Pre-release information
Artwork, screenshots, feature descriptions, platform plans and any dates shown here describe the game’s current direction. They can change or be dropped before release, and nothing on this page is a promise about features, timing, price or availability.
Content and branding
Instadyn LLC and its licensors own the text, artwork, icons, code and branding on this site. You may read the site, share its links and quote short extracts with a link back. Do not reuse the material as your own, and do not use the Cascade Heist or Instadyn names and marks in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership. Apple, Google and other third-party names belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or pretend to be someone else.
Other services we link to
We link to instadyn.com, ownpact.instadyn.com and, in future, to app stores. Those services are run by other operators under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent the law allows, Instadyn LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this informational site.
